It's a sad sad week, Wednesday i went back to school. This summer went by way to fast. I did do a lot of fun stuff though like...

going to the fire station,

                                                                 going to the water park,

                                                                   going to eegee's,

                                                               going shopping with Maddie,

                                                     going to Cinderella with my cousins and,

                                                     going to rocks & ropes with the fam!!


I am so excited and scared for my Senior year. I like all my teachers and i hope they like me. Well wish me luck on my LAST year of HIGH SCHOOL!!!!!!!

Carson

I think my little brother gets cuter and cuter everyday! The other day he came up to me and said "Caitlin do you want to know my new stunt objective?" I was like ummm ok. then he told me it was to do a back flip off the trampoline. he can already do a front flip off but i was a little worried I told him that maybe he should work on something a little easier first so instead of doing a back flip off the trampoline he's going to do one off the couch! Hahaha! He is so confident in himself and not afraid to do anything I wish I was more like him. He never ceases to make me laugh.

When I was younger I really wanted a little sister and when I found out my mom was pregnant we thought Carson was going to be a girl and I was so excited then we found out it was a boy, But I couldn't be more happy our family is so blessed to have him. I love him so much I just wish he could stay 10 forever!

EFY Was Amazing!!!!

The spirit you feel at efy is like nothing else! I love the way i feel there and i miss it so much! I met so many new friends that have change my life. Also my testimony grew SO much. Maddie and i went to so great classes. My favorite one was by brother Bennion it was about the greatest time of life and how the world is trying to bring us down. The world tells us that we have to look a certain way to be beautiful and if we don't we are nothing. Why do we let our value decrease because others don't like us he talked about how we need to stop thinking so much about our self and turn our focus on God. he also talked about how when we try so hard to make people like us is when we end up looking the worst.

Another really good talk was by brother Goldhardt he had this quote on the board by pres. Howard W. Hunter " We came to mortal life to encounter resistance. It was part of the plan for our eternal progress. Without temptation, sickness, pain, and sorrow there could be no goodness, virtue, appreciation for well being or joy." i really liked this because there's so many time when you say why me and you don't see that if there weren't any low points there wouldn't be any high points. he asked us to write down on our paper when life would be easier i wrote "when I'm done with high school, then he talked about how that is our problem there is always going to be something we want in life and that when we realize who we are and are happy with that, that is when life will be easier.

I am so thankful for the opportunity to be able to go to efy. I hope that i will always remember what i learned and how i felt. I want to always have the Gospel in my life. I will marry in the temple and i will always be temple worthy and will raise my kids in the church and try to be a good example to others.


After EFY me and Maddie went to my uncle Rusty's house. We slept for a good three hours then ate some donuts a lot of donuts. They were so good and we were both so hungry because the night before we didn't have any dinner. Then we went on a date with my cousin Cameron. it was a lot of fun we played Frisbee golf which Maddie kick butt at then we went to Great harvest for some yummy sandwiches! after the date we were going to go back to Rusty's but him house was locked so we went to Kim's, they all left to go to Cinderella so we just stayed there and watch the titanic. Just before we start the movie we both really wanted some more donuts so we took Evynn and Audra's bikes to go get some donuts and ice cream at Rusty's. It was one of my favorite nights. i will never forget it!
